Pay Your Alarm Bill

You can pay for the first-time registration of your alarm, for all annual renewals of your alarm registration, and for any mandatory service charges you may be assessed for false alarm police responses in any one of the following ways.

Annual Alarm Fees

    • Residential - $25
    • Non-Residential - $47
    • Late Fee - $25

Pay Online:

If your alarm system is already registered with the City and you have been issued a registration number (as shown on your bill), you may pay online by credit card.  Note:  You must have a registration number to utilize this option.

Posting Your Decal

Please affix the decal to a glass surface (typically your window) in a visible location so that it can be seen by the police if / when they respond to an activated alarm signal.

If you need assistance in completing the Alarm Registration form or have any questions related to the City's security alarm registration program, please call Customer Service at 954.921.3246. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You can also drop off your registration form and payment at the drive-through window on the north side of City Hall, or place it in the after-hours night drop box also located on the north side of City Hall next to the drive-through window.

Avoiding Fines

Please register your alarm promptly. Hollywood's Code of Ordinances subjects a person to legal proceedings and a fine of up to $1,000 per day for maintaining or operating an alarm system without a permit.
