A beachfront park on the historic Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Shaded seating area, picnic pavilions, playgrounds and an splash fountain for kids. Adjacent to six fully restored paddleball courts that have been a popular feature on Hollywood Beach since the 1930s.

Dog Beach of Hollywood 

Hollywood Beach, an area 100-yards long, is located between Pershing & Custer Streets. The Dog Beach is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to 7pm. During Daylight Savings Time the hours are 4pm to 8pm. Passes are available on-site or at Hollywood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Office, 1405 S. 28th Avenue. 954.921.3404.

John Williams Park/Sheridan Oak Forest

A favorite among scouts for overnight camping, and nature lovers, John Williams Park allows a close encounter with nature while providing passive recreational activities. Site amenities include a dog park area; picnic pavilions; walking path; an instructional pavilion; picnic tables & benches. The Sheridan Oak Forest inside the park is closed to the public at this time for the protection of the endangered species who reside in this area. The park also has playground equipment and restrooms.

This park was created in one day by Daimler Chrysler executives working with City employees and civic association members. The 37-acre site features a play area for dogs and their owners, two covered playgrounds, one on wood chips, and one on artificial turf, two pavilions, a walking path, benches and two parking lots. ADA Accessible.
