The Friends of the Stirling Road Branch Library are thrilled to have Chef Allen Susser return as a Guest Presenter for an exciting 3-part series to be featured via Zoom. Plan on delving into the wonderful world of chocolate as Chef Allen shares some of his “Dark Chocolate Secrets,” chocolate recipes from his latest cookbook Green Fig & Lionfish, Sustainable Caribbean Cooking (Mango Press, 2019).
Touted by The New York Times as the “Ponce De Leon of New Florida cooking,” Allen Susser is a James Beard Award-winning chef with a passionate commitment to local, fresh ingredients. His landmark restaurant changed the way people eat in this area! Food & Wine magazine named Chef Allen "One of the Best 10 Chefs in America."
