The City of Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and The Estate Companies are inviting you to attend a community meeting to discuss an application submitted by the CRA to rezone the Subject Property (described below) and an application submitted by the Developer to the City of Hollywood for site plan and design approval. This meeting is being held to discuss the residential development with ground floor commercial use proposed for the property identified in the location map below. All interested parties are encouraged to participate in this meeting. Representatives of the CRA, The Estate Companies and the project team will be available during the meeting to present the proposed plan and address questions.
