[ARCHIVED] Free Career Training for Hollywood Residents

Putting Hollywood to Work. Apply now for free career training.

The City of Hollywood, in partnership with OIC of South Florida of South Florida, is offering Work Skills Training Scholarships to eligible Hollywood residents. The 11-week course provides FREE in-depth vocational training, preparing participants for entry-level positions in Construction Operation and Warehouse and Logistics. 

Only those applicants residing within the City's low to moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods may participate in the Work Skills Training Scholarship Program. All submitted applications will go through an address verification process to ensure that participants meet this program requirement. Participants must also self-certify household income and provide proof of their U.S. Citizen or legal resident status.

Online applications are now open until Wednesday, June 29 at 11:59 p.m.
