The City has been notified of a fire at the solid waste disposal facility which has resulted in a day-long closure. As a result, garbage & recycling collections here in Hollywood are being impacted. Route collections are delayed and garbage/recycling may possibly remain uncollected this evening.
For those with collections scheduled for today (Tuesday, November 1st), please lease your carts curbside. Uncollected garbage and recycling will be picked up tomorrow morning. Thank you for your cooperation.
