The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a full closure of Sheridan Street at State Road 7 beginning this Friday, December 8 at 9:00 p.m. through Monday, December 11 at 5:00 a.m. for drainage and water main installations. Motorists are being asked to seek an alternate route to avoid construction delays. Westbound traffic on Sheridan Street will be detoured via SR 7, Stirling Road and NW 68 Avenue and eastbound traffic will be detoured via NW 64 Avenue, Taft Street and northbound SR 7.
