Property & business owners in the area had express concerns regarding the current westbound configuration of Oklahoma Street between A1A & Surf Road on Hollywood Beach. To address those concerns, the street will be reconfigured to an eastbound direction beginning next week.
The City's Engineering Division has obtained concurrence from the Florida Department of Transportation and the Broward County Traffic Engineering Division and have further coordinated with FDOT’s Design and Construction staff responsible for the A1A Complete Streets Project currently underway on the barrier island.
