Any person or organization desiring to hold a special event shall make application for a Special Events Permit to the Director. The following supplemental materials may be requested by a member of the Special Events Division upon submission of this application.
A non-refundable application fee. The fee shall be in the form of cashier’s check or money order made payable to the City of Hollywood. A credit card authorization may also be accepted.
A document depicting the layout of equipment (chairs, runner, arch, etc.) for the event.
To be executed by the person responsible (applicant) for the Special Event, Beach Wedding.
